Make sure to bring a valid ID, like a driver’s license. If your current address does not match your ID, bring a current utility bill; a current bank statement; a check or a document issued by a federal, state, local, or tribal government, to confirm your current address. Avoid lines and having to miss work by voting early and voting from home with absentee voting.
Follow these three easy steps:
Complete the absentee ballot application online: https://vip.sos.nd.gov/absentee OR by paper: https://www.nd.gov/eforms/Doc/sfn51468.pdf.
Send the paper form to the Cass County Auditor’s Office at 211 9th St S, Fargo, ND 58103.
You can complete or send in the application up to a week before Election Day.
Complete the absentee ballot: Once your application is accepted, you will be sent an absentee ballot in the mail.
Mail or drop off your absentee ballot: Your absentee ballot must be received by the Cass County Auditor’s office by Monday, June 10th.
